You're right. People who litter needs to do a better job of cleaning up after themselves. I focused on smokers since the issue at hand was about smokers and smoking.

You fell into the trap of insisting, like a lot of smokers and ex-smokers, of insisting "Well, why don't we just ban everything then?"

Drinking soda and beer doesn't pollute the air that other people breathe, the way smoking does. Not to mention the fact that, unlike the moderate consumption of beer and soda, there is no safe, moderate level of cigarette consumption.

You are attempting to demonize non-smokers for the crime of not enjoying breathing cigarette fumes and a landscape littered with cigarette butts. Non-smokers aren't the problem; smoker are.
