We'll tell the rubes that gum'mint handouts are gonna be replaced with a thousand points of light so we can stop pubic welfare and you're supposed to give to one of them points of light so your taxes will be lower.

The rubes are too stingy and they won't give. Then the mooches will wither on the vine.

Problem solved until this stupid bastid made his speech.
