33. Glanced at News & Record.... Roy Cooper won't defend the NC law.

This will irritate some people in the General Legislature, they were thinking of having their own attorney to defend cases the NC Attorney General won't.

So if NC gets sued, Roy Cooper won't be involved. Here's hoping he'll be the next NC governor.
