20. What do you think he should do?

Congress supports Israel unconditionally with money, with arms, etc. What exactly can President Obama do on his own, using the only two powers he has which are Executive Orders and his veto power. Should he issue empty threats, threaten sanctions or the withholding of monies knowing he doesn't control those powers Congress does.

If fingers are to be pointed, imo, it is toward Congress, those who actually have the power to try and rein in Israel's attack on the Palestinians.
