2. More reason to keep the Presidential seat in Democratic hands.

Erm, that didn't sound right. What I mean is, that Democratic Presidents are committed to ensuring safety issues. Unlike the Republicans who spend their efforts reducing civil penalties, which make it lucrative for companies to maintain unsafe conditions.
