4. I went kayaking on a small chain of lakes yesterday. Heard a loon, saw a bunch of turtles.

No powerboats in sight (or hearing distance), just a couple of other paddlers. The serenity had a very positive effect on my well being.

It was a very simple outing, and could not have been made better with 250 horses on the back of a speedboat.

Thanks Mr. Scorpio, for helping us remember what's really important.
