"A doctor has become the second confirmed case of Ebola in Nigeria after helping to treat a U.S. businessman who died from the disease, it emerged today.

THE NUMBER WENT UP BY 200 WITH NO NOTICE OR ANNOUNCEMENT WHATSOEVER.
