13. I'd guess that about 60-70% of the police in this country

suffer from significant mental disorders to one degree or another. Time to purge the police rolls and start over, using the strictest and most invasive psychological evaluations possible to weed out the cranks, bullies, goons, racists, ammosexuals and every other kind of dangerous loony.
