I feel that the seriousness and crime that a lot of Indian Men foster on their female counterparts overrides the inconvenience that would be put on the other men.
Is it fair ?.. Probably not but people are caught in the crossfire of change all the time.
If it were the other way around (I'm a MCSE) and say..France said "American men are too so and so to come here and work...strange as it may seem, I would understand for one reason. It's for the common good and MIGHT ??...bring change.
It's a harsh cold way..I know, but people are usually too damn lazy to start change until they have to.
