2. Hard to say, the old dude started to put his hand down... seems more like a mistake.

then started to put it back up again when the other guy got up and extended his hand... then old dude put his hand back out... seems more like a crossed signal type of thing... worst was old dude trying to recover with the hand back thru hair thing.... made it look more like a slight that way.
