117. As I pointed out below, humanitarian aid is getting to Gaza during this crisis

$47 million from the US. Additional amounts from other countries. Some comes through Egypt, some through Israel, which has accommodated aid getting to Gazans by, among other things, providing for temporary cease fires.

Remind me again, does ISIS offer cease fires so humanitarian aid gets to the Yazidi?
