The fact that an Israeli soldier on active duty felt comfortable enough to make that claim whether its really true or not is the main story here.

Israel has been allowed to get away with so much over the years, that its own soldiers think there are no consequences for any actions that they take, whether it be actually killing 13 children or mis-leadingly boasting about killing 13 children.

The fact that an active duty soldier felt like boasting about killing 13 children is the issue, is this consistent with having the most moral army in the world?
