32. Bragging about war crimes is its own evil.

Whether or not the crimes are imagined, whether or not the bragging is actionable. In this case, he's bragging about (presumably) imagined war crimes while participating in a force that's committing real ones. IDF action on that day surely killed thirteen and more children on the flimsiest of pretexts. And whatever he may have done, he's publicly expressing something he feels is socially sanctionable within his in-group.
