37. I think they believe they are untouchable

After all, they have the guns, the military gear, and the justice system that allows them to get away with murder. I'll bet some were hoping the crowd would get violent, so they would be able to beat people up or worse. "Put the fear of god in them", so to speak. Look at that picture of the cop I posted above, he has his dog ready to go doesn't he?
