I am talking about Israeli Arab citizens. Who represent a significant ethnic minority within Israel (20% of the population) and are the target of much of the racism I am talking about. You seek to confuse the issue by talking about Palestinian refugees, for some reason. (The treatment of Palestinians in the occupied territories is another and quite separate matter.)
