Kind of like war crimes that are not prosecuted and big banks that aren't held accountable, the accountability has to start somewhere at some time and the people who don't hold them accountable are just as responsible.

That said, human resource studies all show that what you are saying is true, workers want security and job satisfaction much more than to get rich.
