that most (not all) of the movies mentioned as his "best" were him being doing his manic thing. I found his silent menace stuff to be very compelling. Anthony Hopkins doing what's his name in Silence of the Lambs (which, frankly, I found somewhat ridiculous) had NOTHING on Williams when he decided to be quiet.

Mork to photo lab guy - now that was range.
