That's what Heilemann also said.

He was speaking in the context of Matthews' question explaining the "philosophy" of the Repuglican tax-cutters.

It was actually a very good segment of the show.

Matthews pointed out very clearly that the Rmoney-Ryan 'budget' plan screws the poor and benefits the wealthy.
