7. I Like The Panel Concept But How Do You Select And Stack The Panel?......

Two right wingers and one progressive? Two progressives and one right winger? Three right wingers? Three progressives?

The problem with a panel unless it is an even number of panelists is that people will still complain that the deck was stacked.
