He allegedly stole a box of cigars. Probably larceny not robbery. It's not even clear from the report that he walked out of the store with the cigars.

The Oligarchs steal billions and walk the planet free and easy. Michael Brown is dead for a box of cigars. Is that the justification? Come on, now.
