8. Robbery but it could have been argued in court

and chances are it would have been plead down. Storekeeper had a right to detain a suspected shoplifter and Brown used force to prevent that from happening. Still not sure of the events in the store though (identify of Brown etc) and events in the store had nothing to do with the shooting.
