Christopher Roupe shot opening his door. The police said he had a gun, but no gun was found. Family claims he had a Wi controller. The case itself has dropped into a black hole, and reporters are not asking the most fundamental question - what did Roupe have in his hand. Also he is perfectly within his rights to hold a weapon in his hand when he opens the door. It sounds like the officer already had her weapon drawn before he even opened the door, and it was an immediate shoot with no warning. Grand jury also no billed.
