This militarization is proof that sadism is an American cops dream, and now with DHS funding and equipment, its potential for abuse is unlimited.

Yeah, its "cool" to kill with impunity, seems to be the meme. In Walmart they sell pink camo rifles for girls (Tennessee of course)
