But an expert hired by the defense will testify it is likely he was shot while charging the officer. The officer will testify to the same thing. And the state examiners will have to state that it is "possible" -- reasonable doubt doesn't need much of a foothold to destroy a case like this.

I just think we're setting ourselves up for disappointment by thinking this is going to be anything other than Trayvon Martin part 2.
