(obey at all cost) directive.

People are told to go >here< then arrested because they aren't moving - they are standing >here< - where they were told to go.

The tone-deafness and stupidity of local LEO (and apparently state patrol as well) is mind boggling.

Now, we have military intervention, trained to fight 'enemies of the state'. Where is defend and protect in this equation?
