Wilson allegedly told her as a legitimate alternative to what other actual first hand percipient witnesses have come forward to relate, giving their full names and locations at the time of the incident. I have heard people I know tell me that her statement that Michael Brown looked like he was "on something" is proof positive that he charged the officer and justified the shooting. Just the fact that CNN is calling this unidentified lady a "witness" (something I have heard them state on CNN several times) should be considered journalistic malpractice. She witnessed nothing.
