45. The threat is clear.

Now, normally, I'm not one who allows threats to alter my opinion or behavior. If someone threatens to kick my ass, I evaluate the situation. Most times, my answer is "Bring it," combined with my coldest possible look. So far, nobody has "brought it." However, if I'm threatened by a man with a taser and a handgun, of course I'm not going to do that.

The thing is, the threat is the problem. I don't commit crimes. I haven't even had a traffic ticket in over 40 years. There's no possible reason for a cop to threaten me. This ex-cop just did.
