3. I'm happy to read this story today.

Yesterday I stumbled on a link to a facebook video that left me so stunned I thought I could never get rid of the bad feeling I got from watching an animal abuse situation that had happened outside of the USA. In other words, the usual animal protection agencies were not available. So I'm glad to see that there are people out there that can help in a situation that occurs Internationally.

It was purely unintentional when I encountered the video. I followed a link that I thought would produce the video that was part of a friend's Timeline, and instead came up on the facebook page of a person who had posted a video of a man beating up a dog. I couldn't believe it. The criminal had grabbed the dog's back legs and kept kicking the dog's underbelly. It was occurring in a public area in what may have been Italy. Not sure exactly because I couldn't watch until the end, because it looked like the dog was not going to survive the beating.

The translation that was captioned was, "help us find the man who did this to the dog."

Maybe we need an International ASPCA?
