11. That's what the video looked like to me

I could be seeing it wrong, it was a short video and the sound quality left a lot to be desired. Early in the video though an officer went to question someone and he just looked very confused he started asking leading questions. Now, that can be taken two ways, he didn't understand the person he was talking to so he was asking questions he could sort of guess what the answer was. Or, he understood that he was looking at a murder scene and wanted to lead away from asking questions that would implicate another police officer in a murder.
