Napa and Solano are neighboring counties


Along with a few utility vehicles and an armored HumVee, Napa also has two china bowls (7"&8&quot and several china saucers.

And five M-16's.

Compared to Solano County's seventy M-16's (yes, that's Seventy...seven-zero...70)

Sounds like Solano County is preparing for war, while Napa County is preparing for lunch.
