I wonder if he would find it better to not be present in the courtroom. He could watch it on closed circuit tv and confir with his lawyer during breaks. At least give him the option.

I wonder what it would cost to remove them. Yes he put them in himself but I would be 100% ok with a judge allowing them to be removed at the states expense. It might cost a few grand but a mistrial can cost 50 times as much. If we are going to put somebody away for life thenI dont mind giving him a fair shot (even if one could make a case that he doesnt deserve it. Makeup can cover the tattoo.
