19. Were you here on DU for the "Fat Osama, Skinny Osama" Latest Video Debate?

I remember what you do about the spate of beheadings but do you remember the Osama Video Releases? DU'ers started to joke because the videos always seemed to show a different Osama. I checked archives and found this thread...but, there were more and photos of the differences were posted. Not sure if they copy through from the archives.

I'm wondering if our "PTB Propaganda Machine" thinks we don't remember all the false reports from that time....or, maybe they think a new generation will be incited to war with these latest threats and beheading (as tragic as that is). And, with Michael Gorden still doing his propaganda at NYT while his fellow Co-Propagandist link to the Pentagon, Judith Miller, is now out of the picture.

We have a right to be skeptical...because we were fooled so badly once before..

I wish I could access the varying photos of him that DU'ers posted at the time.
