They're securely caged, can't fight back, can't get away. It's like shooting fish in a barrel. Don't tell me you're losing your taste for blood now? You think you can just skate without all that lovely, lovely aid money coming from the United States and its citizens? The cash spigot might switch off if you're not regularly making more corpses. You're not indispensable, you know. The death merchants can install someone who's not so squeamish about achieving a final resolution.
