(It also sounds like she may be mentally unstable.)
It turned ugly, yes.
Not sure why they needed to bother her about panhandling, but it sounds like the cop was trying to be nice, at first.
And she didn't produce a concealed carry permit as ID.
The way she brought it up sounded kind of out of nowhere.
(But it also sounds like a good percentage of everything else she was saying was made up...)
A total mess, but I'm not sure what else the officer could have done.
And the dog never seemed to be in any danger - certainly it wasn't picked up and choked.
I'm glad it was recorded, though.
And I definitely think all police/civilian interactions should be recorded.
