Are you asking whether he tried to sell versus steal them?

I believe in the very early days of this story, it was confirmed that he was the guy on the videotape in that store, and that he did have cigars in his possession at the time of his killing. I don't think that part is disputed. If it is, that's news to me.

So, are you asking if he stole them or if he indeed was trying to sell them to the store? Not sure was the point of knowing that is though. What is the point anyway? I mean, what are you trying to understand? If he had the cigars, then the cop was justified? Or what?

Confusing.
