48. Paranoid Schizophrenics are often highly intelligent and articulate

Did anyone see A Beautiful Mind? He wasn't a paranoid, but he was a schizophrenic. And, like George, it didn't onset until he was an adult, which is common.

It takes heavy meds and a psychiatrist and acceptance of the problem to even begin to function in the normal world. George has likely been accommodated all his life because usually the family is in more denial than the patient.

Doesn't excuse murder, however. He's also a psycopath/sociopath and needs to be locked up for his own and other's safety.
