40. Today on MSNBCs The Cycle a young man
Thu Aug 28, 2014, 06:50 PM
Aug 2014

named Matthew Vines was on talking about his book, God and the Gay Christian: the Biblical Case in Support of Same-Sex Relationships. He grew up in an evangelistic family and it was a very difficult time when he told his them he was gay. "His father said it was the worst day of his life." But after much struggle, love, and study of the New Testament they accepted and supported him. Also, he stayed in his local Christian church and teaches and works with other evangelistic Christians who have always believed that the Christian Bible speaks against homosexuality. He sounded like someone who found that love can go a long way toward changing lives.
