for the oppressed in a capitalist judiciary system is like expecting rain to fall upwards. That only happens in a storm and there are no storms in a court.
I predict that this will be thrown out of court at one level or another, district, appeals, or SCOTUS. The system will not allow punishment to be meted out to it's enforcers UNLESS it's the only way to calm down the proles. THEN they might sacrifice one or two low level functionaries to the people while letting the ones who ordered the depredations get away with it.
