I had a problem neighbor who was periodically leaving a dog tied outside alone, barking all night. I very nearly dognapped him to get him a better home. Then I found out his owner was actually a nice man who was periodically leaving his dog with the neighbors. The neighbors moved away, thank dawg. Or I may have gone through with it anyway. It was a sweet little hound.

I need new neighbors too. One of mine tried to chase my horses out into a busy street. He has a trespassing and harassment complaint on file with the police, although he doesn't know it. The other tried to lure my dogs in front of their car and run them down in my driveway. Their karma bit them hard in the butt a year later when their dog was off leash and ran into the road and was hit and killed by a cop. Thank dawg our police love dogs...
