Well, at least lawyers and money...that black robed Ahole needs to be canned NOW. What gives him the right to torture anyone? In my day of the 60s, folks like Bobby Seale were put in sound proof boxes, and now of course it would be easy to video the defendant with a time lag to prevent "bad speech", but torturing the dude for speaking is absurd, unconstitutional, illegal and just plain wrong!
