52. In all fairness, the lead detective on the case wanted to arrest and charge

GZ that night, but was overruled by the State Attorney.

If that had happened, even if persons wanted to protest the manslaughter charge, at least the process for some form of justice would have started -- and this polarizing circus-like chain of events would not have happened in the aftermath.
