As for the singularity video: Amazing stuff to think about, malaise. Those interested in thinking beyond the basics may be interested in Bob Toben's Space-Time and Beyond, which talked about black holes (and white holes):

One thing I find interesting is how many of the new theories introduced to the general public by Toben in his conversations with Fred Alan Wolf and Jack Sarfatti in 1976 are now entering the mainstream of science.
