There are precious few of them around, even for people without disabilities. I'm a disabled vet, a former RN, but the only vocational rehab they could provide me with was online Spanish-English translation at minimum wage for a for-profit (read: diploma mill) college QA for new students. If I was getting off disability with that as my sole source of income, the American Dream would be just that. I rarely saw 100% service-connected vets getting high-paying jobs that would get them American Dream status.
