This is a quote from his ruling:

"This national same-sex marriage struggle animates a clash
between convictions regarding the value of state decisions reached

genuine, and sincere lifestyle choices recognition. "

The idea that gay is a "lifestyle choice" has been debunked by all reputable psychologists.

When reporting this ruling, the media needs to point out that his ruling is based on an outright lie., though they could phrase it better: "Contrary to Judge Feldman's ruling, however, it has been shown that gayness is not a lifestyle choice."

The media needs to call these lies when they are printing them, not pretend that the speaker , a senator, judge or minister , is anything bit a right wing extremist.
