1. I am not sure how to figure this in our area. In our county there is a county and city police force

and there is a reservation police force. I have no idea what the ratio is in this situation. It seems to work as far as I know. I am sure that there are more white police than Native American police but they work together. If I were to call in a complaint to the white forces the Native American force would be the ones to respond because we live inside the reservation.
