43. I just looked up the rules

They have special access passes available at dawn and sunset for 24 people max. where you can walk into the stones. Of course the demand far outstrips the supply. During the regular opening hours, you have to stay behind the barrier ropes. Too many idiots were chipping pieces off the rocks so they could have a little bit of history.
