When things didn't go his way in the primaries, he grabbed his ball and went home. How dare the voters in his district fail to recognize That his lofty entitlement was, by Divine Right and Decree, supposed to be maintained, indeed should have been considered sacrosanct and untouchable? I mean, who the hell do they think they are?!?

He didn't even have the class to finish out his term. Or maybe it was too big a blow to his too-big ego to have to continue to show his face around Capitol Hill knowing he wasn't entitled to that big fancy status office or highfalutin title anymore? Had to QUICK-go-get-a-new-one so he could keep on feeling like a big shot, I guess. Because, evidently, this is a guy who desperately NEEDS to feel like a big shot. After all, what is life without a title and a big fancy status office? And now he'll be getting paid much more than the rest of them and he knows they all know it, too. So in a way, I suppose, he can justify thinking he's STILL top dog.

They ARE the quintessential Sore Losermen, these GOPers.
