Even if his dna is on her coat he will not be convicted of a crime. And the damages for defamation would not be very large. The real risk to Trump is conviction for inconsistent financial statements for loans or insurance vs property tax. New York City for property tax NY State for bank or insurance fraud. That’s his real risk.
