3. The arrogant think that illness is a moral failing.

If you're sick you must be a bad person. And they think you fake illness to "get attention". Yeah, like sitting up in a hospital coughing your lungs out is such fun. Or that you bribed your doctor to treat you, because you're really not sick. All those thousands of dollars in hospital bills, all those blood tests and x-rays, were all faked.

Yes, I've been around that sort of insanity. They never understand that it might be part of your genetic lottery. You inherited a tendency to autoimmune diseases for instance.

Or you go to bed when you're sick to "get attention". Never occurs to them that I was sick whether they paid attention to me or not. Those people make me enraged. Someday they're gonna die. They might die sooner because they don't go to the doctor because that's a sign of weakness.
