11. If the Obama Admin had done their job, Cheney would be a pariah.

It was incumbent upon the O Admin to prosecute Bush, Cheney, et. al. for war crimes. In my eyes, that was the president's biggest failure. It is surreal seeing that horrible excuse for a human being popping his head up and passing out war-according-to-him lessons. Feh.
